This website, shreyedu.com, is run by Shrey Education (also known as Shrey Group of Abroad Studies), a study abroad and student visa consultancy at First Floor, Dillibazar-30, Pipalbot, Kathmandu, Nepal 44600. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
We handle personal information in line with Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we follow the consent requirements that apply to cookies and online advertising.

Information you give us
- Enquiry and appointment forms: your name, phone number, email address, the service or destination you are interested in, your message, and your preferred appointment date, time and consultation method.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, the position you are applying for, your message and the CV you upload.
- As a student of Shrey Education: the personal, academic, financial and identity documents needed to prepare your applications, which we keep in our secure student management system and, if you are given access, your student portal.
- Emails, calls and messages you send us, including through WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
- Pages you visit, how you arrived at our website, your approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics.
- Information used by Google AdSense to show and measure advertising, explained in the Advertising section below.
Our PDF tools and Nepali typing tools work inside your browser. The files and text you process with them are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

- To reply to your enquiry and arrange, confirm or reschedule your consultation.
- To give study abroad counselling and prepare university and visa applications you ask us to help with.
- To send you emails you would expect, such as appointment confirmations and account or password emails for our student portal.

Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to student records is limited to staff who need it for their work, and each staff member has their own account. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period required by law, and then delete it securely.

- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.

Our website is intended for students and families planning study abroad. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian when you contact us.
